A century ago, Gorman, Clancey & Grindley Supply Yard stood on the site of our tower. Local builders came by regularly, purchasing lumber, stone and metal that would shape our growing city. Today, Edmonton is still growing – and changing. People in the heart of downtown want a different kind of home. One that matches their modern urban lifestyle. So that’s exactly what we’re building.

Clancey is a luxury boutique 28 story apartment building neighboring Edmonton’s $3 billion Arena ICE District development.
