Following a successful rezoning and approved subdivision plan, Wexford Developments fully serviced and developed the entire site between 2012-2014, resulting in 17 subdivided lots ranging in size from 1.3 acres to 14 acres. The total sales value of Buckingham Business Park lots will be $73 million.

The site presented tremendous development and engineering challenges due to a 15 meter elevation difference from South to North in addition to numerous environmental reserves and a complex storm water management plan.
