Sam M. Gordon, Principal

Mr. Gordon co-founded Wexford Developments in 2014. He oversees all aspects of the company’s activities including strategic investments, deal structuring, capital raising, development management, and day-to-day operations throughout the company.

Professional Experience
Prior to forming Wexford Developments, Mr. Gordon was employed by Wexford Capital LP in Greenwich, Connecticut for 5 years from 2009 to 2014 where he focused on real estate investment and asset management within Wexford Capital’s private equity funds.

Education
Mr. Gordon graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis with a BSBA.


Ian Cameron, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Cameron joined Wexford Developments in 2014. He oversees the finance and accounting activities of Wexford and its real estate developments, including all financial reporting requirements, project financing and economics, and sourcing new development opportunities.

Professional Experience
Prior to joining Wexford Developments, Mr. Cameron was employed by PwC focussing on the restructuring of distressed real estate and construction businesses. Prior to this he was employed by KPMG focusing on audit and assurance in the North American construction and energy industries.

Education
Mr. Cameron has a Chartered Accountant designation from the Alberta Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is also a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, with a Masters in Professional Accounting and Bachelor of Commerce, with Distinction.


Charles M. Goode, Associate

Mr. Goode joined Wexford Developments in 2018. He focuses on Wexford Developments’ Arizona (USA) assets and projects, with involvement in many aspects of our business including, but not limited to: underwriting of new investments / developments, asset and property management related items, and development management related items.

Professional Experience
Prior to joining Wexford Developments, Mr. Goode was a summer intern for Wexford Capital LP based in Greenwich, Connecticut where he focused on real estate investment within Wexford Capital’s private equity fund. In doing so, Mr. Goode spent considerable time working directly within Wexford Developments’ team.

Education
Mr. Goode graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.


Emma Rokosh, PORTFOLIO Manager

Ms. Rokosh joined Wexford developments in 2022 and focuses on our Canadian assets and projects. New construction involvement spans from initial development analysis and underwriting through to construction handoff, working closely with the Wexford team and consultant groups. During operations, Ms. Rokosh works closely with Asset and Property Management to maximize tenant experience and ownership value.

Professional Experience
Ms. Rokosh brings national experience in the Commercial Real Estate public and private sectors with predominant focus on western Canadian markets. Her background of brokerage, investment and development come from working with previous employers including CBRE, Choice Properties REIT, and Triovest Realty Advisors, Inc.

gerlie calzada-chiong, financial controller

Gerlie joined Wexford Developments in December 2023, and she is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and annual tax compliance functions of the firm and its portfolio. She oversees the AR and AP functions of the firm’s management companies and works closely with operations team members and project partners.

Professional Experience
Prior to joining Wexford Development, Ms. Calzada-Chiong was a Senior Accountant at Cadillac Fairview’s Chinook and Polo Park Malls for more than 4 years. She had a short stint with Morguard doing accounting for office and industrial properties and she pioneered the set-up of accounting and finance of Catalyst Condo Management. She also had a progressive professional experience in a diverse industry from the Philippines and The Cayman Islands.

Education
Ms. Calzada-Chiong is a designated CPA (Canada & Philippines), and CMA (Australia) with distinction on Strategic Cost Management.

Kendal Harazny, Principal

Mr. Harazny co-founded Wexford Developments in 2014.

Professional Experience
Prior to forming Wexford Developments, Mr. Harazny worked for Wexford Capital LP managing their Western Canadian real estate portfolio. He was previously employed by PwC in their insolvency and restructuring group specializing in distressed real estate and construction companies.

Education
Mr. Harazny is a graduate of the University of Alberta, with a Bachelor of Commerce.


Laura Fader, Development Coordinator

Ms. Fader has been with Wexford Developments since its founding in 2014. Originally hired as an Administrative Assistant, Ms. Fader has leveraged her organizational skills to move into the role of Development Coordinator. Her role now includes managing due diligence during acquisitions, coordination of activities during pre-construction and development, and liaising with property managers on income producing assets.

Prior to joining Wexford Developments, Mrs. Fader worked for Wexford Capital LP as an Administrative Assistant.

Education
Mrs. Fader graduated from SAIT with a diploma in New Media.


Lawrence Zastre, VICE President of Construction

Mr. Zastre joined Wexford Developments in 2018. He leads all construction and preconstruction activities, including evaluating potential development sites, managing development projects, and providing construction due diligence on acquisitions.

Professional Experience
Before joining Wexford Developments Mr. Zastre worked at EllisDon for 12 years, one of Canada’s largest construction firms. While working at EllisDon he gained valuable experience in various forms of construction, such as commercial and residential high rise, light industrial, building envelope rehabilitations and tenant fitouts (restaurants, retail and commercial office space). Prior to EllisDon he worked as a single-family home estimator for 3 years, for a large volume home builder.

Education
Mr. Zastre graduated from SAIT Polytechnic with a diploma in Architectural Technology.


brett pinsky, analyst

Mr. Pinsky joined Wexford Developments in 2024 and focuses on new investments, both existing value-add opportunities and greenfield development sites within target markets in Canada. Mr. Pinsky’s scope of involvement also extends to the development process and asset management of assets getting to stabilization/ operational levels.

Professional Experience
Prior to joining Wexford Developments, Mr. Pinsky spent five years with CBRE Limited in Calgary, Alberta. The majority of this time was spent as part of the Valuations and Advisory group focusing his time on multi-family assets, both proposed and existing in markets ranging from Winnipeg to Vancouver.

Education
Mr. Pinsky graduated from the University of Lethbridge, with a Bachelor of Management, majoring in Finance.


joan saño, administrative assistant

Ms. Saño has been with Wexford Developments since 2022, working remotely as an Administrative Assistant. Her responsibilities include entering invoices and handling various administrative tasks for the company.

Professional Experience
Before joining Wexford Developments, Ms. Saño worked remotely as an Executive Assistant for six years at an e-commerce agency based in California. Prior to that, she worked for eight years as an Operation Manager for a local insurance broker in the Philippines.

Education
Ms. Saño graduated with honors from EVSU Philippines, with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, majoring in Computer Science.
