Located at the intersection of Highway 43 and 116th Street, Westgate is a 300 acre master planned land development zoned for commercial, industrial, and residential. Originally two quarter sections of farm land in 2011, Wexford Developments has since designed, gained municipal approvals, and fully serviced 200 acres. This includes a residential subdivision, commercial/retail hub, and an industrial business park. The remaining land has received approvals and will be serviced in 2016/2017.
Wexford Developments has developed the land from greenfield farm land to fully serviced, subdivided parcels including the installation of deep and shallow utilities (storm / sewer, sanitary, shallows), roads, parks, and landscaping.
